You’ll learn how to asses and evaluate for the root causes of illnesses such Diabetes, Hypertension, Anxiety/Depression and others You’ll understand integrative approaches that functional health practitioners use such as nutrition, stress management, supplements, mind-body medicine, mindfulness and more to help their clients. At the culmination of the program, you’ll be able tocreate an integrative care plan for each chronic illness: Diabetes, Hypertension, Anxiety, Depression, Obesity, Insomnia and Chronic Pain. To successfully complete this course and receive 23 CE contact hours, participants must:
demonstrate ability to create 7 care plans for each diagnosis: Hypertension, Obesity, Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Depression, Diabetes and Insomnia
successful completion of post-test with a score 80% or higher
completion of evaluation form at the end of course
Course taught by Dr. Vanessa Ruiz, ND, RN-BSN and is online course.
After registration, participants will receive an educational portal to access modules online.
