Both formats include a provider-paced 60-minute Reiki attunement, an essential component for activating your Reiki practice. Attend 90% of the live online sessions, view any recordings of missed sessions, and attend the provider-paced attunement.
For the enduring course, participants must view 90% of the enduring videos (total of 5 hours) on the Squarespace Content and Membership platform and attend a 60-minute provider-paced attunement upon video completion.
Successfully complete a post-test with a score of 80% or higher.

The course highlights Dr. Mikao Usui's contributions and examines various Reiki lineages and their significance. It also provides insights into Reiki as a universal life force energy, laying a solid foundation for further practice.

Lesson 2: Grounding, Energy Protection and Chakra Meditation
In this hands-on session, students will learn essential Reiki techniques for self-healing and energy alignment. The course introduces standard Reiki hand positions for self-healing, followed by guided practice to build confidence. The session also includes grounding exercises, energy protection techniques, and a guided chakra meditation, providing students with foundational tools to enhance their Reiki practice.

Lesson 3: Introduction to Energy Healing & Chakras
This course provides a foundational overview of the body’s energy systems, focusing on the 7 main chakras and their impact on well-being. Students will explore each chakra, from the Root to the Crown, learning its specific role in physical, emotional, and spiritual health. . This class is ideal for those new to energy healing or interested in integrating chakra knowledge into their Reiki practice.

Lesson 4: Learning Reiki 1 Techniques & Chakra Energy Experience
This interactive session introduces students to foundational Reiki 1 techniques with a focus on self-healing and chakra energy awareness. We’ll begin with a demonstration of standard Reiki hand positions, followed by a guided practice session for students to experience self-healing. The course also covers the concept of Reiki attunement—its purpose, role, and steps for preparation.

Lesson 5: Live Attunement
This special session offers participants their Reiki 1 attunement in a serene and supportive environment. The ceremony begins with an explanation of the attunement process, including what participants may experience both during and afterward. Guided by the instructor, each student will receive their attunement to open their energy pathways to Reiki.

Lesson 6: Closing and Certification
In this final session, participants will engage in a Reflection Circle to share their experiences, insights, and questions from the day, fostering a sense of community and support. We’ll discuss next steps in Reiki practice, offering guidance on continuing self-practice and the potential to share Reiki with others. This segment also introduces Reiki 2 and advanced techniques for those interested in furthering their journey.
